 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted for size-related exchanges, incorrect items, or factory defects.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items with perfume, sweat, makeup, or stains

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Wrong size orders due to not checking the size guide

Refunds

Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances:

  • If a product is out of stock after payment.

  • If an incorrect or defective item is delivered and no replacement is available.

  • Refunds may take 2–5 business days to process after approval.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
